City Planning

Street Lights and cable wires running through the city is a thing of the past with new technology now available this should be a main concern to our representatives in our government body to address. There are many start up companies and designs attacking this very issue one concept called "Solar street lamp", which covers street lights throughout the city among other things like bus station waiting areas, phone booths, and ATM machines all powered by solar energy. No more cable wires and wooden poles looking dreary and old fashion now you have solar street lights that can replace the old look. For more information check out the link here: Street Design

Roads that are used in your city should not be made of gravel but replaced with solar pads that power cars, lights, etc. For more information on this check out these several links here: Solar Roadway Or here Roadways

Car parking is another factor that should be modernized to our standards with the continuation of more cars and less space automating car parking should take effect giving the owner of vehicles more safety and security. For more information on this check out this link here: Car Parking Automated

Urban vertical farming another step into moving forward in our society. This offers so many benefits and not to mention earth friendly without exhausting the soil. For more information about this click the link here:Vertical Farming.

Next would be cities on the sea with this we could have massive hospitals that can be floated to any country in need rather than sending supplies and what not, and not to mention the huge amount of space to build vertical structures that produces farming, hotels, energy sources like wind mills, and ocean waves to produce more energy. Train Station like the hyperloop that Elon Musk is offering and others with that quality or better is what is needed to modernize the train station industry. For more information click here: Train Station Modernized  or here Train Station or here Hyperloop.

My Tax plan would be to have all machines be the tax payers and reduce regulation while provide free education and health care along with the restructuring of our city, because the process of thinking is based on the indoctrination one receives. In other words, your range of thoughts is limited by the dominant values of your society, and where ever superficial prevails ignorance also prevails. This can not continue for our future generations to come. I think it's time for a real change to happen if you think these ideas are worth doing please share and talk about this to your local government thanks.
