                In all my study of human behavior from different backgrounds and different cultures we got to be coming at a stage where we have realized our ignorance a long time ago. Suppose the humans figured out how to reach an understanding collectively on a worldwide level. Do you think we would be behaving the same? For the most part you're still dominated by time and are a slave to it, an understanding is an understanding together as a whole should be able to move mountains yet you follow same patterns and don't question it. Such as illness, death, jobs, driving, spend more than you earn, you put yourself in situations where you are over paying on utility bills, and now you got to be worrying about lowering or raising if not turning off your thermostat during different seasons. Not knowing that they can be programmed to increase or decrease at certain hours of the day, while saving you a ton a load of money while doing it. Putting money to work starts with smart decisions you think of water usage and don't over do it or you fall right under giving you your daily habits of showers and bathroom duties like using less or more water to brush your teeth or you might only flush the toilet when doing number 2 as opposed to doing number 1 instead of both. Then you think of laundry or dishes and the requirements that need to be bought for their usages, television networks got to be paid in order to watch your favorite shows, which programs your thinking and speech, outside serves like insurance, gas, cell phone, and internet all necessities to behave what is passed off as a human being in the modern day era. Then if you own something you also have to worry about when things breaks down or needs replacing, and you hire people instead of doing it yourself like passing the lawn, raking the leaves, hiring a gutter cleaner, boiler technician, mechanic, or a roof installer, etc. Leaving you no time to create or work on personal projects that you might want to take serious. Whatever you're left with from your everyday job is not enough to even save but spend you might say? This is where two kinds of people finally divide the one that works to maintain this ordinary habit, where he or she is worrying about paying for all these above mentioned accessories in order to be viewed as a human being in today's society, and the other who doesn't worry about it so much, but still worries to a degree just not as much as the first side, and if you break down both these classes of individuals only one is losing. One side is dominated by not only time but also the mind, which under it they live in flight or fight mode. You'll find that these are people who has to fight for certain privileges which unfortunately they don't, while others don't but want to fight and actually do.

Housing Cost which involves the above mention necessities to be considered humanly average is the cause of so many problems. With it you have to either pay lower taxes because you're smart or pay more taxes because you're dumb or maybe you're smart but don't fight for it like others. You don't protest your property taxes by going to city hall, you don't negotiate a lower rent with your landlord, and you don't raise your long term investments, but I understand you shouldn't have to fight right? I mean to be intelligent is to get things done for you with minimal effort on your part right? But you're only smart you're not intelligent if you were intelligent you would pay others to do your job, and thus, AI and your ignorance around it.  

In a practical world with AI doing everything for the humans the humans would have eliminated the housing cost that covers the above mentioned with a system similar to the one being called "Universal Basic Income" (UBI). It wouldn't be discussed it would be applied especially as a country, eventually if the humans in privileged areas step back and see, they would see that they're headed in that direction anyway so why prolong it? With the invention of crypto-currencies it's not long before the humans figure out that no one has to be broke and living in poverty and everyone could have what they want. This eliminates old behavior patterns currently taken place in society where a new one emerges. Out of the lack of worrisome the people once had and now replaced with creativity and ingenuity has become the innovation at its finest. In a place that can be practically available not theoretical or hypothetical but realistically to everyone. Our designs and layout of every individual city and state should reflect our finest creations of the human mind, and operating at its finest in a world where all these worries no longer exist what would take place in a city like mine?

One, the language or talk of certain pass traits would no longer exist in the new city people would communicate different by expressing different interest. More people become coders and are creating more social networks and apps that revolutionizes the way we see ourselves, and it should get interesting especially knowing that information doubles if not triple with every day that passes and internet keeping us informed of the world events.
